Why keep your records online?

Your online records look just like the paper version, but they are safer, quicker to reach, and easier to hold on to.

Better protection for your identity

Paper Records in unlocked mailboxes are an easy target for mail theft and identity fraud. Your online records stay inside our Online Access portal, protected by 256-bit encryption.

An email when it is ready

The moment your monthly record or tax notice has been put together, we send you an email to tell you the document is ready to read.

7 years of records, kept online

Open, read, download, or print up to 7 years of past monthly records, images of cleared checks, and tax forms (1099/1098), with no filing cabinet to search through.

Kinder to the environment

Choosing online records helps save natural resources, cuts down on paper waste, and reduces the energy used to carry mail from place to place.
