How can I contact customer support?

Email us, give us a ring, or call into a branch. Our support team is here during business hours, and when something cannot wait, the online chat is open around the clock.

A ROUTINE YOU CAN KEEP

Try a 20-minute monthly money check-in

Choose a quiet moment, open your recent statements or notes, and look at the month as a whole.

See what came in

Write down the money you expect to receive. If it varies, use a cautious estimate based on recent months.

Gather regular costs

List housing, utilities, transport, subscriptions and other payments you need to plan for.

Plan flexible spending

Allow for food, travel and personal spending. A plan should leave room for ordinary life.

Choose one priority

Pick a next step for the month: prepare for a bill, set aside a little, or review a cost.

Keep it realistic. If the numbers do not balance, use the check-in to understand where the pressure is. You can start with one small change and revisit the plan next month.

SAVING, AT YOUR OWN PACE

Turn a goal into a small next step

A goal becomes easier to think about when it has a name, a rough amount and a time frame. The amount you save can be modest and flexible.

  • Name the goal: for example, a trip, a repair or a cushion for unexpected costs.
  • Choose a comfortable amount: begin with what your budget can support without missing essential payments.
  • Make it regular if useful: a regular transfer can help, but check the date and amount work with when money comes in and bills go out.
  • Review without blame: increase, reduce or pause the amount when circumstances change.
There is no one-size-fits-all target. Your needs, income and responsibilities are personal. Start from what feels manageable to you, and see our savings accounts and CDs when you are ready.
STAY ALERT WITHOUT PANIC

Take a breath before acting on a money message

Scam messages often try to rush people into clicking a link, moving money or sharing a code. A short pause gives you time to check whether the request is real.

  • Open our app yourself, or type our website address into your browser.
  • Call using the number on your card or published on BestCitizenBank’s official pages.
  • Do not share passwords or security codes with someone who contacted you unexpectedly.
  • If you have already responded, tell us as soon as possible through an official channel.

This is general information. Use our official channels for account-specific help.
